LinkVehicle which appears to be based on the same principles as Text-Link-Ads.com offers it’s members to sell ad space on their websites and blogs, you can of course buy ad space as well. The site still has a ways to go on functionality but I like their concept a little better than it’s competitors. For instance they base ad cost off of Page Rank instead of traffic. Why do I like this better you ask? Well I have some sites that are high PR with decent traffic but competitor sites refuse to list them and I’ve had them queued for YEARS. LinkVehicle gives me an opportunity to list those sites others won’t based off their systems mechanics.

You can choose to list ads manually or automated along with the option of how many characters the ads will be.

They also offer a referral percentage. I have recently started using them so I have no big payments to post or percentages to share but when I do they will be posted.

First of all Twiends is a great site that allows you to follow other users or like facebook pages by other users for a certain amount of “Seeds”. The facebook like box has been around for some time now but many site owners are not using it. It is a must in advertising in my opinion and let me tell you why. First of all Facebook is the biggest social media site on earth and you can be part of it. Now adding a like box to your site causing a chain effect. First your friends start clicking the like button which shows up in their profile, their friends see this and venture over to see your custom page at facebook dedicated to your site, they click like and all their friends see it and so forth. This drives traffic, increase traffic, alexa ranking, page rank and more.

So my question to you is why don’t you already have one?

It seems BuySellAds.com has added the option to sell text based ads which is one the biggest ad money makers on the internet. I was playing around with the options today and really liked their new setup. The one thing I didn’t like was that their test ads didn’t link to my advertising spot but instead linked to their home page. I figured it would be sort of like the banner ads which once clicked take you to the “advertise here page”. Maybe they will correct that issue in the near future.

One of many projects I run is ThreadCorner.com. The site is powered by an affiliate script that allows me to import large data feeds into the site. Which in turns makes life easier. If you have a Spreadshirt shop please feel free to email me you XML feed of 2500 products and I will be happy to add it to the site. You can find you feed by logging into the admin section of Spreadshirt and then going to Statistics > Data Export.

Since I do not have a Zazzle of Cafepress account I’m not sure they have data export options. If they do I am willing to test them as well. Just drop me an email.

I though I would post last months earnings for those that are considering or haven’t heard bout TLA. The above screen shot is from the Paypal direct deposit offered by TLA. Every month on the 1st they make a deposit for that months earnings.

A couple things to keep in mind while trying to is that if your site isn’t somewhat popular they will deny you until it’s rankings go up. I don’t exactly know how popular your site has to be but I’m somewhat sure it’s based off your Alexa ranking. All of my sites over 1,000,000 were denied but those under were approved.

Either way if the site is denied they will put it in a queue to be checked each month. The way I look at it is, free money is free money. Give it a try.

BuySellAds? Yeah that’s what you can do over at BuySellAds.com.

They developers did an excellent job in making BuySellAds.com a very simple experience but yet so powerful. It’s very easy to use for both publishers and/or advertisers. So if you’re looking for a cheap way to advertise or if you have a website that needs a little extra funding I recommend you check them out.

For Advertisers they offer a control panel that tracks both Impressions and Clicks. It also records the click through rate for each site you are advertising on. The minimum price people can sell ads for is $10.00 a month. That’s not bad for 30 days of visitors. BuySellAds is still growing so now is a good time to jump on board and search through their HUGE list of sites to advertise on and get some inexpensive advertising. I found a designer site that had just started using BuySellAds and before long their ads when from $10.00 to $150. I purchased my ad at the rate of $10.00 so I was locked in at that price until I canceled it.

For Publishers they offer you the ability to sell ads practically of any size on your site. However I would recommend you stick with IAB standards because most everyone that creates ads on the internet will follow these guidelines. Selling ads only takes a few moments to fill out a short form with information such as location of the ads on your site, how much, sizes and etc. Once you have completed the form and created a new “zone” for ads, you then add the code for it to show up. Then wait for someone to make a purchase!

Another perk is getting paid. You can request money either by PayPal, Wire or Check. I recommend PayPal because you can cashout 1-2 times a month. Wire transfers cost too much $$$ unless you are making thousands a month.
