Hi,

Thanks for the response. As is typical, after finding nothing searching for a few days, about half an hour after I posted that comment, I found what I was looking for. It was in a zipped PDF on the forum about "deep linking", and I found the color codes by hovering over the swatches on this page:
http://www.spreadshirt.com/us/US/Service/Help-1328/categoryId/19/articleId/47

Thanks again for your help. Your shop and blog have been very helpful to me as I have been setting up my own shop.

Hi Scott,

Can you tell me what it is you're wanting to do? The designColor1/3 (in this case 3 is the color of the design which should be navy blue) still works to the best of my knowledge. I didn't list what each designColor represented because at one point they were different for each product. I will check to see if anything has changed since then.

Hey,

I realize this post is almost two years old, but I guess you never wrote a follow-up about the designColor IDs? I have tried searching the spreadshirt website, as well as their forums, but I am having no luck. Maybe you could point me in the right direction?

Thanks,
Scott

Hi Tommy,

Great Article and explanation! I did just want to correct one piece of the article. The section for productColor/1/ is actually incorrect. The color id is defined for each available color and not according to the order of the colors. White has the value of 1 and black has the value of 2, but other colors range in value, as in your example, the Toddler Tee the red color has a value of 5.

You can locate the color id in the same manner as locating the product ids, etc, through hovering over the color square on the Apparel page.

Thanks,
Temple
